microjs – A search tool for JavaScript micro-frameworks

October 31st, 2012 by Adrian

microjs is an online tool by Thomas Fuchs for finding JavaScript micro-frameworks. Search by selecting what it is you are trying to do (eg. CSS animation or feature/browser detection) and the list of micro-frameworks will be filtered for you. All the frameworks are 5kB or less (the only exception to this is Backbone which comes in at 5.5kB). It is not a complete list by any means, but it has a lot of the popular ones and it is a great way to discover some new ones you may not be aware of. Worth a bookmark.
